Full Details

Le Perchoir des Paons is a stone farm house believed to be over 300 years old, with outbuildings and grounds of about 2 acres. The house benefits from lovely views across the valley, as it's built on the side of a hill and basks in sunshine nearly all day long. It's set in farmland in a hamlet on the outskirts of the tiny village of Gindou in the Lot, half way between the Rivers Dordogne and Lot.

The property has five letting rooms with three bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The accomodation is flexible and lends itself to both small and large groups. All of our rooms have beautiful views.

We have an outdoor swimming pool 10m x 5m and an Art Studio where we run Art workshops and tutored holidays. These facilities are available for all guests to use.

We offer Bed & Breakfast and evening meals "en famille" to our guests.
