Beautifully renovated ancient stone longere situated in tranquil rural area of central Brittany that is an ideal location for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Near a friendly bustling market village and just a short walk to a trout river with a forest on the opposite bank.

The gite has restored exposed oak beams throughout, and is entered through a traditional Breton stone arched doorway. Inside has been updated and insulated for modern living.
The kitchen is fully equipped for year round catering. The large, dual aspect, living room feature comfy sofas, an extendable dining suite, television with UK free-to-air channels, DVD/CD player, an efficient woodburner and french doors opening onto the terrace.
There is a ground floor double bedroom which also has french doors, and an adjacent shower room. Upstairs, opposite each other off the galleried landing is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both these rooms have ensuite shower rooms.

Outside the terrace has a built-in barbecue and sturdy hardwood furniture. Fruit bushes and herb planters edge this area which opens onto a large unfenced paddock. There is plenty of on-site parking. A separate store room is available for guests to keep cycles, fishing rods, golf clubs and walking boots in.

This property provides a wonderful place to relax and forget the stresses of modern life ... do nothing or enjoy the local sports facilities. Or if you are seeking a touring base with good facilties in a scenic location then look no further. Just half an hour brings a wide range of attractions - the lovely north coast beaches, several golf courses, fascinating medieval towns with chateaux, inland lakes with water sports, or the Nantes-Brest canal to name a few.

Prices shown are for guests booking the 3 bedroom, 3 shower room gite. £125 per week under occupancy discount is offered to couples booking just the ground floor using one double bedroom and shower room.
