Puerto de la Duquesa is situated between Marbella and Gibraltar and is one of the nicest ports along the whole of the Costa del Sol. The port itself has an attractive promenade and a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment for all ages.
Behind the port lies an 18 hole golf course, Duquesa Golf, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., with fabulous views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and Africa.
Sabinillas town is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the apartment, as is the small fishing village of Castillo, where you can find some of the best fish restaurants in the area.
In addition to Duquesa itself, Sabinillas also has a wonderful sandy beach which is never crowded, and affords views towards Gibraltar and on a clear day, Africa.
The apartment is newly furnished with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; both en-suite with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The comfortable sitting room has two large sofas and dinning table along with UK satellite and Spanish cable tv, DVD, CD and a high quality stereo system with full Ipod / MP3 player connectivity. The apartment is fully air-conditioned / heated with marble floors throughout. The extra large terrace looks out onto the golf course from where you can also look down towards the sea and port of Duquesa. An allocated underground car parking space is available for the apartment.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the family bedroom and a high quality double sofa bed in the lounge. A cot is available on request as is a high chair if required. Ample drawer and wardrobe space is provided in each bedroom.
Linen and towels are provided and are changed once a week. We can offer an extra exchange of fresh linen and towels for a small additional charge if required.

All rates are per week and include a meet and greet and a welcome pack on arrival. Reduced rates are available on request if these are not required.
Changeover day is normally a Saturday although we can be very flexible on this allowing you to take advantage of considerably cheaper midweek flights. Rental periods of more or less than a week can also be arranged, as can long term lets.
