A world away from crowded holiday resorts our apartments enjoy a riverbank location, with magnificent views, on the outskirts of Mora d'Ebre, a small rural town, nestled in the River Ebro Valley just 30 minutes inland from the Costa Dorada and 2 hours South of Barcelona.

Located on the 2nd floor of the property, this is a spacious, two bedroom apartment which is ideal for larger families or groups. It has a large kitchen/dining room and a separate comfortable lounge. Both dining room and lounge have patio doors to the balcony with a magnificent view over the river.
Your holiday accommodation consists of:

* Family bedroom (17 x 12 feet) 1 double bed, and 1 single bed. For families with babies we can provide a full size cot complete with sheets and bedding, a changing mat, bath and potty free of charge.
* Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
* A two-seater sofa plus a three-seater sofa which converts to a double bed.
* Fully tiled bathroom.
* A modern kitchen with ample storage space and worktops, a full size ceramic hob, oven/grill, fridge, toaster and kettle. Extensive range of crockery and cooking utensils. Large pine dining table with seating for 7. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
* Two balconies both with river views.
* Entertainment: Satellite television (Sky Free to view channels), DVD player, CD/radio. Selection of CDs, DVDs, books and games. Free use of mountain bikes.

With the River Ebro as its backbone, flanked by the mountains of Terra Alta and the Priorat and with the Costa Dorada at its feet, this little-known corner of Spain is a wonderful land of contrasts.

Come to relax, to sightsee,to enjoy the birds and wildlife or to enjoy an outdoor activity holiday in this most beautiful area. The River Ebro, famous for its huge catfish and carp is literally at your doorstep. Fishing trips, boat trips and canoe hire are available locally. With 3 Natural Parks (Montsant, Els Ports and the Ebro Delta) it is an ideal location for nature lovers and birdwatchers and the area is criss-crossed with walking and cycling trails to suit every ability. Explore the wine regions of Priorat and Terra Alta where you can visit the cellars and sample the wines. At the coast choose from deserted coves or pretty fishing ports or have a fun day out at Port Aventura Park. The region overflows with history from pre-Christian times up to the Spanish Civil War and the cities of Tortosa, Tarragona, Reus, ancient villages, castles and monasteries will not disappoint the history and culture lover.

Mora d`Ebre itself is a thriving agricultural town with a population of around 5000. River Ebro Apartments are in the historic part of town with its narrow streets and the ruins of a medieval castle. The town centre is a mere 2 to 3 minute walk where you will find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stylish shops, banks and supermarkets. At the top of the town there is a municipal outdoor swimming-pool which has 3 pools, lawns for sunbathing and a small bar and restaurant - perfect for those hot summer days. Alongside these modern facilities the community still retains its rural feel. It is not unusual to see shepherds leading their flocks down to the riverbank to graze or farmers driving tractors through town with their trailers brimming with peaches, grapes or other fruits. Though relatively small, Mora is the capital of Ribera d' Ebre County and has excellent road and rail links to the rest of the region. It is only 40 mins from Reus airport and just short of 2 hours from Barcelona
