Le Petit Camus was extensively renovated in 2008 and now provides high quality, flexible, accommodation suitable for year round rentals.

The open plan ground floor has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, a dining area with views of the grounds through french doors and comfy sofas in front of the efficient wood burner. The TV receives both english and french language free-air-to channels, there is a DVD player, CD player with ipod dock and a selection of book and boardgames. At the rear of the ground floor is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine, ironing facilities along with a WC and hand basin.

Upstairs are 2 good sized bedrooms, one has a king size double bed, the other has 2 single beds which can be joined on request to form another large double. Each bedroom has plenty of storage, mirror, chair and far reaching views over the surrounding moorland. The 2 ensuite shower rooms each have a walk-in shower cubicle, large sink with storage under, WC, mirror and power point.

In addition to the wood burner there are modern panel radiators throughout, working shutters on the ground floor and lined curtains, making this holiday cottage comfortable at all times of year.

Outside there is on-site parking to the side of the house and gravelled terrace directly in front of it. The road at the rear is a little used country lane. From the terraced area there is direct access to a lawned garden with path leading to the raised bbq patio - which has both power and lighting - an ideal spot to enjoy an evening meal and few glasses of wine whilst watching the sun go down.

The area is ideal for cyclists or walkers, with lots of places to explore locally - river, forest, pretty villages with excellent value places to find lunch and historic market towns. As a touring base for Brittany, this is also a good choice, centrally located and within 10 minutes drive of major road, making it easy to reach the wonderful beaches, famous cities and international standard golf courses.
