The sand is perfect for sandcastles and lagoons left by the receding tide, and often warmed by the sun, are the perfect place for children to splash around.

The mediaeval town of Rye with its quaint shops and tea rooms is just 3 miles away.

Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round with unrestricted access from October until the beginning of May.
